For those of you that do not know what pozole is:
It's a thick and hearty soup---made from hominy and **typically pork-but I make mine with chicken or all veggies** garnish it with shredded cabbage, **I like lots of cabbage** chile peppers, onion, garlic, radishes, avocado, salsa, lemon and lime.
Shot of tequila if you're cold.
Hot water with honey, lemon and whiskey if you're feeling kinda' weak from the weekend.
Best served as a celebratory dish; family get togethers, weddings, graduations, birthdays, baptisms, New Year's Day, Fourth of July...and every other day in between.
